Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client communications through phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing timely and accurate information about services, bookings, and pricing. The role includes managing appointment schedules, confirming bookings, coordinating with photographers and other team members, and ensuring smooth pre- and post-shoot client interactions. Daily tasks involve resolving client inquiries or concerns, maintaining records of communication, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The representative will also assist in preparing basic documentation, updating client databases, and supporting operational activities that enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to manage inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction to ensure positive interactions and build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, office applications, and CRM or booking tools.
• Prior experience in photography, events, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
