Job Description

Klay Founding Years Learning Solution is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order & Process Management: Assist with processing orders, returns, or service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
