Customer Service Representative
Permanent Contract Based in Hyderabad Telangana
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point ofcontact for customers, managing customer orders from order entry to invoicingfor the Indian market You willplay a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience by coordinatingclosely with Sales, Finance, Logistics and external transport providers, in thecontext of an ERP implementation (Oracle).
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Order Management
Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges from order entry throughinvoicing
Ensure followup ofcustomer emails within 24 hours via shared mailboxes (per assigned customerscope)
Handle customer documentation, including export documents and specificcertificates
Manage letters of credit (LCs) for assigned customers, in coordinationwith Finance and in line with ERP processes
Issue customer invoices and credit notes
Contribute to credit and collection activities in coordination withFinance and Sales teams, including customer followup, dispute clarification and documentation
Register customer complaints, coordinate with Sales teams, and follow upon corrective actions
Provide accurate and uptodate information on products and services
Escalate issues when needed and ensure proper documentation andarchiving
Transport & Logistics Coordination
Request and compare transport quotations (road, sea, air)
Organize and manage shipments with logistics and transport providers
Calculate and validate shipping costs to be invoiced
Manage consignment stock for assigned customers
Validate orders to be prepared by logistics service providers
Book transport and validate outbound shipments in the ERP system
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 45 years continuous experience ina Customer Service or OrdertoCash role, with solid exposure to endtoend ordermanagement and invoicing processes. Prior experience in an ERP environment isrequired, ideally with Oracle, SAP, Tally or other local ERP systems. Trainingon Oracle ERP will be provided as part of the onboarding.
They are proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel andOutlook, and fluent in written and spoken English. The role requires a strongcustomerorientedmindset, a high level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail, aswell as strong organizational and followup skills. The ability to collaborate efficiently with crossfunctional teams in a structured and fastevolving environment is essential for success in this position.
