About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote operations team. This role goes beyond traditional customer support and combines customer communication, administrative coordination, scheduling, and operational problem-solving.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, solutions-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable interacting with customers through different communication channels while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities – What you'll be doing

Customer Support & Communication

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Managing customer onboarding and vehicle collection processes through KIOSK systems
  • Delivering high-quality customer support while resolving issues efficiently and empathetically
  • Scheduling, confirming, and managing servicing and vehicle collection appointments
  • Conducting customer verification checks for new users

Operations & Coordination

  • Handling vehicle returns, account checks, and identifying outstanding dues or debtors
  • Monitoring vehicle availability and proactively identifying supply-demand gaps
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer concerns
  • Managing high-priority operational cases including accidents, theft, and vehicle breakdowns in line with service level agreements
  • Supporting operational workflows and administrative tasks as business needs evolve

Requirements – What we're looking for

We think the right candidate will tick most of the following boxes:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support roles
  • Previous remote work experience is preferred
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Additional language skills such as Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, or Portuguese would be advantageous
  • Experience using tools such as HelpScout, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, live chat platforms, or inventory management systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure
  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-evolving startup environment
  • A professional remote work setup including reliable internet, appropriate seating, and suitable lighting for KIOSK interactions

Work Schedule

As the client operates within UK business hours, flexibility across rotating schedules will be required.

  • Current operating hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM BST
  • India Standard Time (IST): 12:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST
  • The team will work on a rotational shift schedule to ensure coverage across operating hours. Standard shifts are 9 hours in duration (inclusive of breaks), with shift timings varying based on business requirements. Employees may be assigned to different shifts and working day patterns on a rotating basis. Shift schedules, working days, and weekly offs may be adjusted, rotated, or changed from time to time in line with operational and business requirements, subject to applicable law.
  • Future transition into a 24/7 support environment with rotating shifts and week-offs
  • Flexibility to work across varying schedules based on operational requirements

Pay & Benefits – What we offer

  • Annual CTC:

Up to ₹3,50,000 for fresh graduates

Up to ₹4,70,000 for candidates with 1–2 years of experience
