Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Ernakulam. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as interacting with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining an excellent customer experience. Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in the construction or related industries is a plus
