This is a full-time, on-site position in New Delhi for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing the overall customer experience. Key responsibilities include resolving customer requests, offering accurate and timely updates on shipments, and coordinating with internal teams to address specific client needs effectively. • Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring high standards of service delivery and issue resolution
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction for fostering positive client relationships
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and managing client needs effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to dynamic situations
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
