About The Role

We are seeking talented Spanish and German-speaking Call Representatives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the frontline contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience that strengthens client relationships. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Spanish or German, both written and spoken.
