About The Role

We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Customer Care Representatives to join our team at TP in Jaipur. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues for international clients. As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers via calls, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions. Qualifications

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for quality and training purposes.
  • Adhering to company guidelines, policies, and quality parameters to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions and performance reviews to continually upgrade skills and knowledge.
