About The Role

This position is remote and aligns to European timezone.

Salary is 1500-2000 USD per month

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, embodying the company's commitment to excellent service and support. Your role involves assisting clients with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through the platform's features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement. Your proactive approach and empathetic communication will ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with our users.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to diagnose and resolve technical and usage issues.
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRTech solutions, or recruitment workflows.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or web-based applications.
  • Previous experience working remotely or within asynchronous teams across different time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Support & Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and empathetically within established SLAs.
  • Onboarding & Education: Assist new users during platform setup, guiding them through onboarding processes, and creating comprehensive help documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.
  • Customer Advocacy: Collect and relay user feedback to product and engineering teams, highlighting recurring issues and potential feature requests. Act as the voice of the customer during team discussions.
  • Account Management Assistance: Support account management activities by conducting usage checks, sending renewal reminders, and proactively reaching out to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate customer challenges, needs, and expectations, facilitating continuous product improvement and customer success.
