Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Sirmour. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, managing and resolving customer queries, coordinating with internal teams to deliver logistics solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties also include order processing, tracking and monitoring shipments, maintaining accurate records, and communicating updates with customers and stakeholders.

• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer queries and find solutions.
• Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and basic computer skills for handling logistics data.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or customer service principles is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation is beneficial but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics is a plus.
