Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Sirmour. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, managing and resolving customer queries, coordinating with internal teams to deliver logistics solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties also include order processing, tracking and monitoring shipments, maintaining accurate records, and communicating updates with customers and stakeholders.
