About Us:
Envision Overseas Education is a leading consultancy dedicated to guiding students through
every step of their journey toward higher education abroad. We are currently expanding our team
and looking for a passionate Telecalling Executive to be the first point of contact for aspiring
students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain services related to overseas
education.
-Understand student requirements and provide accurate information on courses, countries,
universities, and visa processes.
-Follow up consistently with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and
walk-ins.
-Schedule appointments for education counselors.
-Maintain and update call records, lead status, and student information in the CRM
system.
-Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
-Maintain a professional and positive approach with all clients and team members.
Requirements:
-Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi & regional languages
preferred).
-Confidence in making cold/warm calls and handling client queries effectively.
-Good listening and convincing skills.
-Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
-Prior experience in telecalling/customer service/education consultancy is a plus.
