The role involves handling customer queries through voice, chat, or blended channels and providing troubleshooting support related to accounts, platform features, and service issues.

Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer interactions
  • Resolve account and technical-related queries
  • Maintain accurate case documentation
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service (Voice / Chat / Blended)
  • For chat experience, live chat experience is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
  • Basic technical understanding preferred

Pay range and compensation package
