The role involves providing excellent customer support, handling inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
The responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, identifying customer needs, and delivering efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years Experience in Customer Service.
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience including Telesales.
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and managing customer data effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer relations is a plus
