This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries and concerns, provide exceptional support, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include effectively resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer services.
