Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
Work Arrangement: onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Order generation in JD Edwards software
- Complete the PO receipt process
- Communicate and update the suppliers with the required information promptly.
- Handling total correspondence on purchase end.
- Material Planning
- Processing sales orders,
- Attend to customer orders, enquiries and complaints.
- Sending Payment reminders and following up for payments.
- Informing dispatch details of the order and keep a track of delivery
- Co-ordinating with customers for fresh orders & sales support follow up.
- Preparing Proforma Invoice
- Gathering appropriate information from customers to create Customer master
- Collecting documents like Certificate of Analysis / MSDS
- Working in co-ordination with the Sales Team, Ware house and Logistics Manager, Assisting Business Manager
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2-4 years of similar working experiences / worked in chemical distribution industry
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Possess strong MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of JD Edward's or Oracle application software is must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
