Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, area survey meeting.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Provide customer group loan and collection from field.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum HS (10+2)
- Bengali language is preferred.
- Won bike with licence required
- Male female both can apply.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
