Job Description

The associate will assist in managing end-to-end responsibilities across LVX's investor servicing, fund operations, and compliance workflows. This includes handling queries, coordinating with internal teams, managing statements and documents, and supporting compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Query management:
  • Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders (investors, founders, etc.).
  • Manage tech-related queries by coordinating with Tech/Product teams for resolution.
  • Operations support & research:
  • Understand LVX's AIF operations workflows.
  • Research operational issues, identify solutions, and implement resolutions.
  • Statement & documentation management:
  • Manage investor statements, including corrections and updates.
  • Maintain investor-related documents, perform KYC verification, and ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Compliance coordination:
  • Work with fund accounting and legal teams to ensure timely compliance filings with SEBI, the income tax department, or other regulatory authorities.
  • Reporting & tracking:
  • Maintain trackers in Google Sheets for investor queries, statements, documents, and compliance.
