We are currently seeking a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely and serve as the first point of contact for our clients.

Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional client experience from inquiry through post-treatment care. This includes responding to client queries, managing appointments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

A background in the aesthetics industryparticularly with Botox and dermal fillersis preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and clear information regarding aesthetic treatments, especially Botox and fillers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.

Appointment Management:

  • Manage appointment scheduling using our booking system.
  • Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth client experience.

Problem Resolution:

  • Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records.
  • Share insights on client feedback and service improvement opportunities with the team.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in customer service (experience in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness is a plus)

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as Botox and fillers (preferred but not required)

Experience with CRM and booking systems

Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote role
