Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Service Intern. The intern will assist with resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities will include handling client communications through phone or email, addressing any complaints or concerns, and maintaining professional and courteous interactions at all times. Additional tasks may include gathering customer feedback to improve services and collaborating with team members to enhance internal processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively address client needs and questions.
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience strategies to manage and improve the interaction quality.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to collaborate in team settings and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
