Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Intern located in South Delhi. The Customer Service Intern will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The intern will engage with clients through various communication channels, maintain phone etiquette, and enhance the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer questions, resolving issues, and assisting with administrative duties related to customer service.

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Phone Etiquette skills
  • Customer Experience enhancement skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Communication, or related field
