The role involves managing air and sea shipments (LCL, FCL, AIR), ensuring timely and accurate updates for customers. Responsibilities include following up with co-loaders on daily routing orders, preparing and sending arrival details to consignees, and resolving customer queries. The position requires tracking shipments, confirming receipt and arrival, and providing shipping updates via email to suppliers, carriers, and customers. Additionally, the role involves preparing daily status reports and ensuring smooth customer interactions by addressing concerns and issues.
