Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Process customer requests, orders, returns, and refunds when required.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow up with customers and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Work with other departments to resolve customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
