Job Description:

Efficiently leading the Ocean freight Department (Ocean import).

Responsible for handling Key & Corporate accounts

Liasing & Developing business relationship with overseas Network for nomination shipments

Customer Engagement with a view to developing PR and Business Development as and when required

Monitor Timely response on the ocean import Network queries on All India basis

Monitoring of business revenue generated through Network Nomination desk for Mumbai

Timely approvals of Jobs in EBMS system

Monitoring of ocean import department and solving their queries and providing solution when required

Monitoring of timely closure of Jobs in EBMS system
