Customer Service Executive U-Turn4Nature ( Noida/Greater Noida )

U-Turn4Nature is a homemade natural food company in Noida that champions sustainability and community empowerment. Our products are crafted by Rural Womens Self-Help Groups (SHGs), supporting local livelihoods and eco-conscious living.

Role Overview:

We&aposre looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our team. This hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work while ensuring excellent customer support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer delight
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Collaborate across teams to improve the customer experience

What You Bring:

  • Up to 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshdesk)
  • Bonus: Fluency in multiple languages
