This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, provide assistance with vehicle breakdowns, health, and wellness-related services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with different teams, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen and provide empathetic responses.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and handling customer grievances effectively.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and technology tools related to customer support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Prior customer service experience, particularly in assistance services, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficiency in English and local languages for effective communication is highly desirable.
