We are hiring experienced Customer Service Executives from the Travel Industry for an international process (Night Shift). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in flight bookings and strong knowledge of GDS systems.
Key Requirements
Prior experience in the Travel Industry (mandatory)
Working knowledge of Amadeus GDS and Sabre
Experience in flight booking, reissuance, cancellations, and fare rules
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
