Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Service Executive. The role involves providing excellent customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer interactions effectively. The key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records of all customer interactions, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
