Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process + Upselling

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM onwards)
Transportation: Both-side cab facility provided
Job Summary
Teleperformance is looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and identifying opportunities to upsell products and services while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets as assigned.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Meet performance metrics including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, BPO, Customer Service, Sales, or Upselling.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
