Role Description

The Customer Service Executive - Ecommerce is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The candidate will handle customer communications, provide assistance with online orders, and improve service quality through effective support. Maintaining detailed records of interactions and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Customer Service Management and resolving customer concerns efficiently
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and relevant technologies
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or related fields

SALARY:300000 PA
