Position Overview:

They are seeking a Sales Specialist / Patient Counsellor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding patients, building relationships, and driving treatment conversions through effective communication, empathy, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient consultations and counselling for both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
• Understand patient needs, provide detailed information about available procedures, and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient experience.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and treatment conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 23 years in the plastic surgery or medical aesthetics industry (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
• Ability to understand aesthetic treatments and explain them effectively to clients.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
