Location: Hauz Khas, Delhi

Experience Required: 6 months 1+ year

Shift: Rotational (110 PM / 211 PM / 2:3011:30 PM)

Working Days: 6 days (Rotational Off)

Salary 18 to 23K in hand

Role involves handling customer queries, complaints, order tracking, and coordinating with internal teams.

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
