Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Mulund, Mumbai (West)

Shifts: Night Shift

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Mulund Office, Mumbai)

CTC: Up to 28,000 per month

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and problemsolving skills and should be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. This role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Handle escalated customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Share accurate product information and assist customers as needed
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support training and mentoring of new customer service representatives
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Customercentric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
