Job Description

  • Assist SBI customers with insurance policy renewals
  • Address customer queries related to renewals and documentation
  • Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up when required
  • Provide support in a non-sales environment

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
  • Good verbal communication skills required
  • Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Work Details:

  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Shift timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • 6-day working with 1 rotational week off
  • Pick-up and drop facility available till Turbhe Station
