Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Service Executive will handle incoming customer inquiries, order processing, and complaint resolution. The role includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, and providing after-sales service support. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and addressing customer needs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills for order processing, record-keeping, and follow-ups
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery
  • Relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related discipline
