Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to retail asset products
  • Provide accurate, timely, and personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Educate customers about bank products and services to support informed decisions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet individual and team targets for service quality and customer satisfaction

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues
  • Stay updated on bank products, services, and processes
  • Support sales goals through effective customer engagement

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Full-time)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services

Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in computer systems and applications
