Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves actively managing customer interactions, improving service quality, and maintaining long-term customer relationships through excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and building rapport
• Proven abilities in Customer Support and delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluency in English and additional language skills relevant to the local community will be advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field
