Job Role**
We are hiring candidates for an **Outbound Loan Sales Process**. The role involves connecting with potential customers and promoting loan products.

Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to potential customers
* Promote and sell loan products (Home Loan / Personal Loan / Auto Loan)
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
* Maintain follow-ups and achieve sales targets
* Update customer details and maintain records

Eligibility Criteria**
* HSC (minimum 6 months experience) or Graduate (with 6 months experience)
* Excellent communication and convincing skills
* Prior experience in sales/BPO preferred
* Comfortable with target-based roles
---
Shift Details**
* Day shift (9 AM – 9 PM, rotational)
* Any 1 rotational week off
---
Salary Structure**
* **HSC + 6 months experience:** 30,000 CTC (24,000 in-hand)
* **Graduate + 6 months experience:** 35,000 CTC (29,000 in-hand)

* Between 18th April – 26th April
