Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic
Customer Service Executive to join our healthcare process team. The role involves assisting patients in booking appointments for diagnostic services including
Blood Tests, CT Scans, MRI, X-ray, Sonography, and other health check-ups. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for booking diagnostic appointments via calls and chat.
- Guide patients through the process for home collections, center visits, and appointment availability.
- Share information regarding test preparations, fasting requirements, documents needed, etc.
- Coordinate with diagnostic centers and phlebotomists to ensure timely service.
- Update booking details and customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up with patients regarding confirmation, rescheduling, or cancellations.
- Address patient queries, complaints, and concerns with a helpful attitude.
- Maintain service quality and adhere to standard operating procedures.
