Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Customer Service Executive specializing in the International Voice Process. The individual will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns via voice communication, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. They will also need to effectively document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams where necessary.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills to foster effective communication with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience in Customer Service Management and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills for international customer interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Relevant experience in an international voice process or customer service role is an advantage
- Flexibility in working in night shifts.
