- Provide comprehensive training sessions to customers, enabling them to effectively utilize the Techworks Digital Signage platform
- Offer guidance on best practices for content creation and management
- Proactively manage customer accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date and meeting their unique needs
- Assist customers in updating and optimizing content on the digital signage platform
