Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries received via email
- Ensure responses are sent within 24 hours
- Maintain service quality and accuracy in communication
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Support initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or Computer Applications
- Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) preferred
Experience
- 02 years in customer service or related roles
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of FAS Tag products and processes
- Proficient in typing and MS Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile
