Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive with 2-3 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, or related business sectors. The role involves managing client interactions, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate should be comfortable with client meetings and occasional travel as part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
. Sales Support & Client Management
. Assist in generating and converting sales leads through client interaction and follow-ups.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
. Coordinate with the sales team to support ongoing sales initiatives and business development activities.
. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations when required.
. Customer Service
. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
. Ensure a smooth client onboarding and service experience.
. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
. Handle client feedback and escalate issues when required.
. Coordination & Administration
. Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and sales documentation.
. Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of services or project updates.
. Prepare reports on client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
. Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business Service sectors preferred.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to manage client relationships professionally and effectively.
. Comfortable with travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
. Good organizational and multitasking skills.
. Proficiency in MS Office - Word & Excel.
