  • Manage and administer MySQL databases, including performance tuning and backups.
  • Monitor systems, servers, and applications using ManageEngine tools.
  • Configure and maintain Grafana dashboards and alerts.
  • Deploy and support OpenSearch for log monitoring and analysis.
  • Monitor network performance using network monitoring tools (SNMP, alerts).
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and network issues.
  • Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Support incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Work on Linux systems and perform basic scripting tasks.
  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to improve monitoring and operations.
