Job Description

  1. Manage and administer MySQL databases, including performance tuning and backups.
  2. Monitor systems, servers, and applications using ManageEngine tools.
  3. Configure and maintain Grafana dashboards and alerts.
  4. Deploy and support OpenSearch for log monitoring and analysis.
  5. Monitor network performance using network monitoring tools (SNMP, alerts).
  6. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and network issues.
  7. Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
  8. Support incident management and root cause analysis.
  9. Work on Linux systems and perform basic scripting tasks.
  10. Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to improve monitoring and operations.
