Job Title: Executive Customer Service

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional to join our Customer Service team as an Executive. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, along with strong communication and problemsolving skills. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  3. Provide accurate product information and support to customers.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless service delivery.
  6. Maintain accurate and updated customer records and documentation.
  7. Assist in training and mentoring new customer service representatives.
  8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
