Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Associate to manage omnichannel interactions (calls, emails, chats, social media). You will resolve queries efficiently, maintain high service standards, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Issue Resolution: Deliver empathetic support, provide accurate product/policy info, and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • SLA & Documentation: Meet response targets (SLAs) and accurately log all interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Process Adherence: Follow SOPs and identify recurring issues to suggest process improvements.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Timely query resolution within defined SLAs.
  • High customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality scores.
  • Accurate and comprehensive interaction logging.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Languages: Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Core Traits: Problem-solving mindset, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and sharp attention to detail.
