We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in customer service and will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
