  • Handling both AIR & SEA Imports and Export shipments
  • Handling coordination and documentation of Air/Sea Exports
  • Sales Coordination with the clients and sales team
  • After Sales service and support
  • Maintaining excellent rapport with clients & carriers

  • Required Candidate profile
  • Any graduate with 2-5 year experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Coordination
  • Must have good communication skills with PC and MS Office
