Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sample Management & File Tracking
• Maintain control of samples and documentation; ensure timely sharing of files with clients and follow up to meet defined TAT (Turnaround Time) targets.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination
• Build and maintain effective communication with external clients, internal sales teams, and laboratory teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Query Handling
• Address and resolve all client and vendor queries efficiently and professionally.
• Vendor Onboarding (NOB) & Hold Reduction
• Manage the new vendor onboarding process and actively work on reducing onboarding holds.
• Quality Record Maintenance
• Ensure accurate and organized maintenance of all quality records generated during the operational process.
• Confidentiality Compliance
• Handle all client and vendor data with strict confidentiality and in accordance with company policy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure coordinated and streamlined service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or MBA (preferred)
• Experience in the textile industry is mandatory
