Job Description

Broad outline of the Role
  • Responsible for Fiber deployment/Construction and last miles/FTTH connectivity. Oversees the planning, execution, Tracking and completion of fiber optic infrastructure construction projects. Acceptance Testing, First Time Right approach. Adhere work as per customer Construction specifications and timely Approval of devations from customer to avoid any penalties. This is an deployment role, responsible for delivering results that have a direct impact on day-to-day delivery and capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate with 3-8 years of experience


Other Knowledge & Skills
  • Demonstration of problem-solving skills
  • Prior Project Rollout and Acceptance Test experience in providing technical support in fast paced, high availability, 24X7 environments.
  • Knowledge of Fiber Construction Specifications, Airtel AW Tool is mandatory
  • Material management and Tracking, Timely Reco with Partner and Customer.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management and Rollout, Vendor Management and Customer management.
  2. Delivery must be within Time, cost and quality.
  3. Ability to manage people, partners and team, Knowledge of project life-cycle,
  4. Relationship building, Decision making, Customer handling/Interface. Strong communication,
  5. Ability to use advanced project management tools. MIS/DPR Reports, NC Tracking and Closure, Minimal DLP.
  6. Ensuring projects meet quality standards, adhering to specifications, and conducting inspections.
  7. Adherence to monthly targets, relevant regulations, safety standards, EHS Compliance and industry best practices.
  8. Compile and track vulnerabilities over time for metrics purposes. Quality Management
  9. Invoice Tracking of partner and TCTS
  10. Timely upgradation of all the tools used and their related documents like SOP's etc.
